Bulk creation of customer rates by country or rate code group is easy—either by fixed amounts or a percentage chosen by the user. Gross margins are defined by each route so as to meet both customer requirements and business margin goals. Many of the Orca customers have seen immediate improvements in margin. In addition, individual routes for specific customers can be edited based on the customer traffic profiles. Once the rates are created, all the necessary rate notices are at a user’s fingertips for sending to their customers. All increase / decrease date notifications are auto-generated by the BlueWater software.
