CDR Mediation

Orca Wave provides customized CDR Mediation to meet the unique requirements of our Carrier customers.  These individualized projects are developed to identify the data flow and data translation requirements from our customers multiple switch vendor platforms, then providing mediation functionality.  We take into consideration field mapping, default values, customer provided values and blank values.  All custom work is defined by a requirements document that is pre approved by both Orca Wave and our clients.
We can easily convert, blend and integrate diverse CDRs – TDM, soft switch and VoIP in to a customer required format and release the mediated CDRs to external systems.
